DDI2.net service charges: (Quick link to: DDI Rates and DO/PSTN Rates) What does it cost? To register with us and connect your Internet phone: it costs you... nothing. For calling between Internet connected phones: it costs you... nothing. For calling from/to landline numbers: see further definitions below: Dial-In (DI) charges: (DDI Rates) To be called on your own personalised landline number you can subscribe a DDI linked to your SIP-number; You can set-up an unlimited amount of subscriptions for as many landlines in as many countries that you want and link them all to your Internet connected phone. To allocate your own personalised DDI we require you to make a deposit, with the following conditions: => A one-time set-up fee is charged at moment of order / purchase; . .. The DDI purchase is established with an initial subscription charge of two months; . .. Subsequent monthly subscription costs are charged on the order / expiry day of your DDI; . .. No costs are further involved for any usage of the DDI; . .. Minimum balance (top-up) requirement at time of any purchase is €10. We are always persistently looking for the best rates to offer you for your own DDI-number(s) in the country (or countries) of your choice. Dial-Out (DO) charges: (PSTN Rates) To enable the service we require you to make a deposit, with the following conditions: => a minimum deposit of €10 is required to establish your Dial-Out (DO) subscription; . .. Your deposit/balance will always remain at your disposal for calling; => a minimum top-up of €10 is required when your balance drops below €1. . .. (you will receive an email when your balance drops below €3 and €1 respectively); => calls out to landlines are only accepted if your balance exceeds €1, or 15x the call-rate of the number . .. that you are calling, which ever is higher; . .. (while calling, the call will remains active/established until your balance reaches €0 or exceeds 90 minutes . . . duration, which ever occurs first); => calls are established with an initial setup fee of 30 seconds of the call-rate; . .. calls are charged on a per second basis and total call costs are rounded up to the next .005 cent. Equally to the above, we are continuously seeking for the cheapest options; Unfortunately that does not always mean that every call you make with us is indeed the cheapest in the market; We have to look at the average usage of all our customers and find the best average rate for all customers and countries to which they call. DO Business/Select accounts: To enable unrestricted/unlimited PSTN number calling you can establish a Business account with us. Selected approved accounts are allowed their calls to be paid based on weekly invoicing. We only accept authenticated accounts with full credit card consent to allow automated payments/debits. Accepted accounts will obtain a Business Reference to establish multiple user-id's and separate SIP numbers. Further administration of the unique user-id's can be maintained by the identified Business representative.
